Poder disfrutar la práctica de yoga en la playa es maravilloso y además, con Niki de profesora, es genial, porque cada clase es diferente y da opciones a todos los niveles.

I had the most amazing experience taking Nikita's classes. She was so lovely and welcoming I can’t thank her enough. Firstly, the location is amazing and it’s so calming being in and listening to the nature. As a beginner she still challenged us with stretches which made her classes fun and enjoyable. Her classes are also very relaxing with meditation and focusing on breath throughout and great for the mind and body. I learnt more in 1 class with Nikita than 3+ at home in the UK. She clearly is very experienced and knowledgeable at yoga and I feel blessed to have taken part in her classes. Definitely a highlight of the holiday!

By the end of the day we are still delighted. This evening Nikita created such a calm and peaceful atmosphere. With Acro Yoga she taught us a new way of "sporty Yoga". And at the end we closed with a meditation that lead us to our inner thoughts right before sunset. Looking forward to our next class with Nikita. ?

Nikita's yoga on the beach classes are so wonderful!! She is a very positive, professional, patient and inspiring teacher. The classes are suitable for different levels of experience, as you are given varying options of difficulty.

It's a beautiful experience to practice yoga to the sound of breaking waves ? Highly recommended!

Nikita è una persona davvero disponibile e gentile. Ogni giorno ci sono degli incontri di Yoga a Puerto Rico dalle 9 alle 10. Io non lo avevo mai praticato, comunque mi sento a mio agio e accolta. Grazie mille!

Nikita is a kind, helpful and positive person and a great teacher. She tries to adapt the lesson to your needs and wishes. I was most excited about the morning yoga on the beach ❤️ In one word, yoga with Nikita is fantastic! ?
