Honestly I have to say XS Nightclub has become one of my favorite bar/nightclub scenes to have fun let loose, dance, vibe and catch up with familiar faces. The bartenders and staff are friendly and are engaging with a little bit of sass at times, in the best way. As a gay man I feel comfortable here meeting others, having a few drinks and letting loose. Nothing bad to really say about here.

It was a Friday night and uncharacteristicly dead. My cousin took me for my first time and said it's usually so packed you can't tell what the space looks like. The space was magnificent, the dance floor was huge, and the music was so good that we found ourselves dancing in the booth. I'm coming back because I know a good club when I see one and this is it.

So first of all, I'm not originally from green bay. I moved to the area for school and had very few contacts out side of campus for an incredibly long time. I went to XS nightclub the day I turned 21 and it became a regular favorite of mine as I got through the rest of my college degree. When I would go out with friends, we would do the typical college girl barhopping thing, walk around the city, drinking shots here and there, and then around 10:30-11 we would go to XS to finish out the night. It became a nearly weekly tradition, and a must for celebratory occasions. Big assignment turned in? Let's go to XS! Big exam on Thursday? XS on Friday or Saturday.
In February, I had a falling out with the one friend I was going out with and I truly thought my college party days were over, but my love for the place allowed me to put my big girl boots on and I started going out on my own. At the time, I would go there during the week to get off of campus and escape for a couple hours. As I spent more and more time there, I got to know the regulars at the club and the bartenders and really found a sense of community that I desperately needed. So many nights, I would sit at the bar and do my homework or read a book for class and I was always met with lots of love and support in doing so. Lots of people there literally became my family in those months when I was crawling towards graduation, and while I didn't decorate my cap the night before I received my diploma I went out and had most of the regulars and bartenders sign my cap.
After graduating this place became my home away from home. With so many lovely people around, I found a new sense of confidence and self esteem. Xs is a nightclub, and while I've never felt unsafe, even the best bar can't keep all awful people from being awful. I know the bartenders and security team personally and know they have always had my back in the rare situations where I've needed it. I don't even have to ask for help because they are incredibly observant and concerned about the safety and well-being of their patrons. Some of the bartenders have literally hopped over the bar for me to help me out before. They want people to have a good time in a safe environment. And I would not be out as often as I am (several times a week now) if I didn't think it were safe.
Customer service is great. These bartenders interact with people from all walks of life on busy nights and also obviously deal with people who are drinking. Any negative reviews about customer service should honestly be disregarded, because if you are using common sense, and treating the staff with basic decency and respect, they are some of the best people you will ever meet. I call Dan my bar dad because he is always there for me, and has become a really good friend of mine. I don't subscribe to venting towards bartenders about life things, but that man has given me some of the best life advice and our conversations have really helped me grow as a person. Matt is incredibly knowledgeable about all sorts of liquors and beers and as an aspiring bartender myself, he had taught me incredible things about the nuances of a certain whisky or bourbon. He is also incredibly funny, kind, and generally a stand out human being. Tyler is open minded and knowledgable and also has a great sense of humor. If you catch him at a good time, he will make you a drink that will knock your socks off and I am in awe of his talents. Brandon is wonderful, I've had fascinating conversations with him about all sorts of diverse topics and he has a fascinating knowledge of business. Steph has become a good friend of mine and she has a heart of gold. Kenny also makes a great drink and always greets me with kindness and asks how life is going. Junior is a hoot and a half and really cares about the people at XS, he always has a good joke and was the first to teach me how to play bar dice.
I can go on and on about this place. But most of all, if you want a great drink and a good time. Stop by. Theres a reason it's been around as long as it has.

Came here to celebrate my bachelorette weekend with a drag show, got vip seats WITH CHAMPAGNE!! I didn’t even request it! As well as they gave us a discount for the table!! The queens were amazing like always ❤️ the service was amazing and the vibe was VERY accepting!! It was the place to be! Will for sure come back here!
