I had a great experience with the lady the first time that I went. She gave a great massage and honored the time that I paid. But this second time, the guy massaged me and was not happy. First he kept talking to another employee right over my ear for about 15 minutes. Then, he said that I needed ten more minutes for the full massage even though he originally told me that I would get a full massage, arms and legs with the 30 minutes total of $40. When I asked him how much he said, Huh? like he didn't understand English. Then ignored me when I asked again. The third time he finally said it would be $50 instead total. I finished the massaged and left but will not be going back.

This is the best massage I have ever had!!!!! I usually go monthly I would never go anywhere else again!!!❤️ Some people don’t like it rough and deep tissue… So if you don’t just tell him don’t leave him a bad review speak up! Best place ever ever!!!!

Terrible experience. I booked a 1 hour massage and heard a clicking noise on a cell phone, so lifted my head and asked what he was doing. It was super concerning why he would need to have a phone in his hand while massaging. That made me feel very uncomfortable and I left immediately. Do not recommend.

If you want a DEEP tissue aggressive massage, then this is the place. I requested 20 min chair and 20 min foot. They put me face down flat on a table with paper towels as sanitary liner and didn't adjust for my comfort. The woman immediately dug her fingers or elbows in without asking if I had any issues or sensitive areas. Several times I asked to lighten up the pressure. She kept digging in my spine which is not good. Halfway through I felt a big change in massage style, they switched masseuse without saying anything. He was much more comfortable until he tried to crack my back.
Then it was time for the foot torture. I know for some people this can be painful no matter what, but I've had several reflexology sessions and not one was I flinching so much.
I paid $65 and felt underwhelmed. The next day bruising appeared, even on my soles!
I'm leaving 3 stars because my spouse had a better experience and place was clean although unconventional atmosphere. If you go, request table toward the back for dimmer light and less Mall noise and music.

P.s. this was my first time going and I called for an appointment 2hr before I came. Very accommodating.
