I am sure many of the instructors are great. But this 5/5 goes out to Jasmine. One day, I was having a terrible morning and walked into title for the first time in tears. I found a stranger hugging me, which I later found out was Jasmine. One year later, I never stopped boxing. She encouraged me with words, made sure I stopped crying, and gave me more than one “one on one” only to make me a better boxer and boost my self esteem when life as we all know it, gets rough. Maybe I cannot consider her professionally a “friend” but what I know for sure is that she is a sister, encourages everyone, and makes sure I give my body its best shot to develop and strengthen. She gives me confidence even though I am probably not the best at this. I love that she’s not just there to work, but there to make a personal difference which is really what kept me going back. To say I am thankful for her is not enough and I hope she sees this and that it makes her day❤️

all of the coaches have been so helpful and are beginner friendly! They all have different styles when it comes to the classes, I enjoy coach josh’s classes! he’s interactive with the class and is always looking to change things up

Wally was the first person I met when I walked in. He helped introduce me to the basics so that I was ready for my first class. He actually took the time to have a conversation with me and get to know me personally. He definitely helped convince me to sign up for a membership right then and there

I like the roughness ? of the classes. Classes are not for people who want to stay dry and do not like to sweat. Also abs every. Single.class. ?
Anyway, I really like coach D/Daniella and Jasmine, they are very encouraging. I had a couple with Nam and Jean, they are not as intense (hallelujah) ? so I get more breathing breaks, hehe. And Stefan is very chill. I like JT focusing on technique and boxing tips. If you are trying to sign up, sometimes it’s just the coach their not always someone at the front desk, just a heads up. But everyone that goes to class seems to be very nice too. ?

Nice facility and JT is a great trainer. However, they could really use more 6am classes to keep consistent with the workouts. Only having them twice a week is too much gap in between and invites injury. I could always go to another location, but I really like this one. Would also like to see some different equipment options.

I always have a major confidence boost after I complete a Jasmine class! They are fun and challenging yet do-able! Her energy is awesome and she is an excellent instructor! Highly recommend!
