I had the absolute pleasure of training with Sandrine for Mat, Reformer, Prenatal, Postnatal, and Barre, and she was absolutely amazing! She came all the way from Spain to Kuwait to share her knowledge with us, and every second of it was GOLD.

Her attention to detail, her passion for the fundamentals, and the way she teaches with so much care and precision—it’s beyond inspiring. She made everything make sense and truly elevated the way I see and approach movement.

Alors par ou commencer? Tout d’abord et je pense que c’est tres important de l’écrire, Sandrine est une femme au grand cœur. C’est un professeur qui sait s’adapter si son élève à une douleur quelque part. Ses cours de pilates sur machine sont intenses, vous n’y allez pas pour boire un café mais sont toujours enseignés avec un semblant de légèreté alors vous pensez ne pas avoir beaucoup travailler mais le lendemain vous sentez bien que le travail a été fait et c’est cela qui me plait. Elle n’est pas dans la rigidité, dans le mécanisme ou il faut faire les 100 après tel ou tel exercices. Si vous êtes dans la region de Malaga ou même de passage en vacances et que vous voulez tester un de ses cours, je vous le conseil à 200% et en plus elle donne des cours en ligne alors foncer car ils sont top (dans tout les cas moi je les ai beaucoup apprécié pendant le covid)
Un prof connu dans le monde entier qui reste humble et ne prend pas la grosse tête et bien c’est Sandrine. Allez Zouh mettez vous au Pilate avec Sandrine Pilates.
