I recommend this place to everyone I know and have been going here for almost 5 years. The trainer here gives great advice and is willing to answer any question you give him. The people there are friendly and the workout itself is great. 6/5⭐

My son is 11 years old and was looking to get into a martial art and I wanted to have him try boxing. There are a few boxing gyms on the Island but I really wanted him to have an experience that was more true to the art and not just a fitness type of workout. I found Rustam’s Boxing Club and decided we give it a try and my son and I are really glad to have found this place. His trainer, Olan, is just fantastic with the kids, knowledgeable, and attentive at all times and showing him the correct way at all times. The place is clean and has a real close knit feel and beforehand I wasn’t sure my son would be so responsive to the training but he comes out loving it and looking forward to each session and I am impressed by the positivity and motivational manner of the trainer.

Yeah Buddy!!! This is where it all began !! I love this place, it trained me for war in and out of the ring. In the event you are looking for a boxing gym, and have an opportunity, go and see them!! Make an informed decision.

I have been going to Rustams on and off since 2018. Nowadays I go regularly to train.i love it. You don't just learn to box, but you learn about yourself as a person.

Great boxing gym I’ve been going with my grandfather and it’s been amazing we are treated like family their and the coach is great helps everyone and gives tips and pointers that i will never forget best boxing gym in NY I 1000% recommend

Rustam's boxing is a great place to learn the sport of boxing and get a good cardio. Classes are intense and there is no sitting down or snoozing. You pay as you go and the boxing club is open 7 days a week and almost 365 days a year. Basic equipment you need to bring on your first day is boxing gloves, hand wraps, clean gym shoes and possibly a jumping rope.
