Nice little spot tucked in the airport's departure area. All the usual food and drink. Showers and toilets. Clean and tidy. We enjoyed a wait as the flight was delayed. Fairly quiet and not many staff to speak of. Well positioned for our gate. An enjoyable flight home. I quite like the Embraer.

Quite enjoyable check in compared to Darwin. No auto machines here - amazingly we had people ! Unfortunately we had a group in front going to Adelaide who had missed one thing - they didn't have tickets ! Security was good - not to mention my hankie which I had to remove in the "machine" ... luckily it was clean.

There for a couple of hours due to flight delays & a little nicer than sitting in the terminal. A fairly small quiet airport.

Lounge is tiny with a view over a garden to the tarmac. Bar was closed until noon, with soft drinks available.

Coffee machine available & options were good.

Food was basic - salads, soup, cakes. A few savoury snacks to pick from.

A variety of chair options around the lounge.

It's a shame it opens only an hour before the departure.
Depending on the number of travellers, it can feel a bit rushed as it is a self-serve counter.
Decent serve of snacks and drinks.
Pour your own drink can sometimes be tricky for someone with shaky hands .

Small over crowded Qantas Club. Last visit here was 2 years ago with no changes at all since last visit.
The room was filled beyond capacity with many people forced to stand.
Food offerings are minimal with a smaller self service bar.

Qantas club in Alice Springs is always neat and tidy with professional staff and service. A small range of food and drink is on offer with a self serve bar after 12 noon. The club is small when compared to most others but this is yo be expected in a small regional airport. What is not good is the overcrowding at most times you visit. With 3 flights leaving within 1 hour there is often no seating left and you end up sitting out in the main concourse. Still if you are a member you should still drop on. Nice views.

Basic amenities for a normal Qantas club but good for a small airport. Was shut for lunch and reopened at 2.30pm. Toilets and showers are basic but functional.

Staff served up warm dim sums and there was a variety of serve your self drinks - alcoholic and non-alcoholic. Other food selection included cheeses, olives, and ham.

Small town, so no surprise it's a small lounge. It doesn't open until one hour before departure. It would be better for your customers to open one hour before first flight boards, to give paying club members better value when flying on the first flight out...

The lounge has a good setting with a view of the runway. The view is mostly obstructed by trees and bushes...nevertheless it is still pleasant. Good coffee makes a good morning for early flights and a variety of refreshments complement any other time. Disappointing though that alcohol is denied during the day, and the alcohol fridge is locked as well as the whiskey cabinet till the afternoon when there are no flights till 1800hrs or thereabouts. This is a Qantas Club lounge. Catering for business and frequent flyers who pay for the service and comfort of the lounge it is more than a little bit remiss to exclude alcohol in the morning. What cost are you saving when it is paid for by all these clients The staff did a poor job of handling my query for the manager's name and contact details. Hope to enjoy the use of other lounges in other airports 🙂
