In February 2021, I ordered a white Pro Freestanding Punching Heavy Bag from Moe Qubadi at Pro Boxing Equipment in Pasadena, CA, for my franchise. Despite a few weeks delay in delivery to New York City, I was satisfied with my order and decided to purchase 26 more boxing bags from Pro Boxing Equipment to rebrand my studio. However, my subsequent experience was extremely disappointing.

On June 7, 2021, I ordered 26 custom white boxing bags from Moe at Pro Boxing Equipment for $33,000 to be manufactured and shipped to Harlem, New York City. Although Moe promised that the bags would be ready in two weeks, this process was delayed by a few weeks. Eventually, Moe arranged for Priority 1 Inc. shipping company to transport the bags from Pasadena, California to New York City. He assured me that the bags would arrive on Thursday.

Unfortunately, when the 26 boxing bags arrived at my studio, they were smashed together by plastic wrapping onto pallets that were broken and had loose nails, splinters, and grease on the surface. This caused the bags to become dirty, punctured, scratched, discolored, and deformed. Moe did not ensure that the shipper's truck was locked, and the driver was able to cause severe damage to the bags.

I hired a moving company to help transport the heavy boxing bags off the truck and into the studio on Thursday and Friday, but the shipment was delayed. I was informed that the driver from Priority 1 Inc. would deliver with 2-3 hours' notice so that I could be at the studio to accept the delivery. However, the driver arrived on Monday with only a few minutes' notice.

When I arrived at the studio, the driver was delivering the bags on pallets, which were smashed together with plastic wrapping and damaged. As a result, we had to cancel our kickboxing classes and disappoint clients with such short notice, losing revenues, due to the time needed to remove the bags from the pallets, inspect and clean them. My staff and I were at the studio until 1:00 am, cleaning the unusable dirty bags, which should have only taken 2 hours to complete.

Pro Boxing Equipment promised to replace the damaged bags if the insurance company of Priority 1 Inc. did not accept the claim. However, since the driver for Priority 1 Inc. dropped off the damaged boxing bags at my studio at a moment's notice, Pro Boxing Equipment had to bear the responsibility for replacing the bags. Despite this promise, it has been more than a year and Pro Boxing Equipment has refused to work with me to replace the damaged bags. I later discovered that Moe is the son of the owner and was delaying the replacement process until he was no longer working for the company. When I contacted the owner, he promised to review my claims but ignored them and refused to work with me to replace the boxing bags.

I need assistance in getting these damaged bags replaced as promised by Pro Boxing Equipment so that I can run my business.

I've used these heavy bags for the past 15 years at a gym in Salt Lake City. When I decided to buy some good bags of my own, I wanted ProBoxing's equipment. I added the hard padding to my bag and like it much better because it doesn't form pockets but rather stays uniform. I also have the bamboo speed bag platform, I've used the basic too and I highly recommend the bamboo.
Moe was awesome and has provided very prompt customer service throughout.
There is a reason this equipment is seen in top gyms around the world. The quality is outstanding and the service is great, even for the guy just buying a bag or two.
