I attended the 1-month Manas: Rewiring the Mind course led by Archanaji and absolutely loved it. It's a very well designed, enjoyable and thought-out course that's rooted in Yogic wisdom and supported by scientific explanations of how we work on a physical, mental and emotional. Archanaji is a motivating guide and the weekly virtual classes are intimate, comfortable and inspiring spaces to encourage interactions and sharing. The daily tasks and thoughts shared help us to continue to reflect and expose ourselves to positive ideas on a daily basis

To be able to really immerse yourself and drive long term change, be ready to commit at least 15 quality minutes a day on these daily reflective exercises, attend the classes, and intentionally put into practice the tools, techniques and ideas that put you on the path for change!

Manas has taught me better ways to lead my life. Practicing pranayam and yoga regularly gives a sense of calm and peace. The tasks and thoughts that Archana shared makes us contemplate about us deeply and can make us look at life from a different perspective. I was experiencing discomfort with varicose veins and leg swelling especially after prolonged sitting during office hours, my doctor recommended wearing compression stockings. After joining yoga classes I've observed a significant reduction in swelling, improved flexibility, and an overall sense of well-being. I attended "Rewiring Mind" session hosted by Archana ji during fall 2023. This course is a great way to reinforce discipline back into your everyday schedule. The lectures based on Bhagavad Gita are very practical and applicable to any situation. I was able to feel improvement in my awareness, be present at the moment and reduction in my stress level. Daily tasks are provided as well which is a great way to challenge yourself for self-reflection and analyze your inner-self. The course is loaded with lot of resources which needs personal dedication and committment to apply the learnings and start your journey for inner peace. The course is accompanied with daily yoga and medication hosted by great teachers. Group discussions during yoga class is an excellent way to learn different perspectives from others. Archana and her team have expert knowledge of body movement, various tips & techniques to improve flexibility & their attention to detail make them great instructors! They use that perception to help students to correct & improve techniques.The hour I spend doing yoga with them is the best hour of my day. I get everything I need, a little bit of work-out to break some sweat, strong stretch in sore muscles and deep relaxation at the end. It truly is is both body and mind yoga, the teachers project really good energy, so if you’ve been having a rough day, this class will set you back on the right path. I would definitely recommend it!
