I’ve just experienced a yoga and Ayurveda retreat with Lori in Tarifa and what an experience! The location was amazing, the food was organic, vegan/vegetarian, Ayurvedic as much as possible, all cooked by the talented Linda. The yoga was challenging in the morning practice and Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra in the evenings. A perfect combination. The Ayurvedic doctor presented his workshop over three days, with a consultation available and also massages from Elisa. What more do you want?! I met some wonderful people who I can now call friends. I would highly recommend a retreat with Lori for her excellent, compassionate and loving teaching.

Amazing experience in beautiful Tarifa home retreat with Lori!! Learned a lot regarding Ayuverda every day to apply for a better lifespan and health. And going back slowly to yoga after few years of stopping was very good to my body. The food made by Linda was super nourishing and made with care and love too.

We have been doing yoga with Lori for the past 10 years.
She teaches us privately at our home with a variety of family and friends and manages to adapt to all the various stages there can be in one class.
She is always upbeat, extremely kind and a wonderful teacher with a big heart.

I enjoyed the most amazing yoga experience on Lori's Retreat in Tarifa. I have never been on a retreat before and would certainly recommend Lori's. I learnt alot about Ayurvedic principles and methods of healthy living too. Linda and her catering team produced nourishing and tasty food, thank you so much.
