I rarely write reviews, but when someone is as exceptional as Marcelo, I have to make an exception. I started training with Marcelo and the CMC Pro Boxing team on the beach after feeling that my workout routine had grown stale and unmotivated during lockdown. Let's just say CMC re-energized me on a whole new level! My favorite days of the week are when I train with them; I wake up feeling excited and motivated to learn something new.

It's not an exercise class, it's REAL boxing training—it just so happens to be the toughest and most fun workout of my entire life too. After just a few weeks, I'm already seeing major improvement in my strength and overall fitness. I honestly can't wait to see what a few months will do!

If you love boxing, want to learn a new skill, or crave being pushed to your physical limit by athletes with real knowledge and experience, I cannot recommend CMC enough. Thank you Marcelo for making a fighter out of me! 🙂

This is an all around world class gym. The staff, the training, and the community all combine for a hugely impactful program. Some of the hardest workouts I've ever had are also personally rewarding when you start seeing the progress in your technique, cardio, and physique. Thank you Alberto, Felix, and Marcelo!

I love boxing here. I came in curious about the trainings and with a goal to get fit for summer. At this point I’m going 3x a week and really connecting to my body. No phone and I’m challenged to execute movements and combos that are so new to my body. My body has transformed, I’m dripping and drenched every workout. I love coming and and the staff is so friendly and patient. I have become a lot more athletic at 40 years old.

This is a pretty easy review for me to write: If you want the best workout you can possibly get (well beyond personal training, boot camps, and organized team sports) boxing is the best way to go. And if you want to learn from and train side by side with actual pro boxers, you simply have to workout at CMC.

I've been at CMC for almost 8+ years, going 1-2 times a week, and it's kept me in some of the best shape of my life. Their trainers are cool, fun, and will push you to your limits and pull out the best in you. Their open sparring classes are an incredible way to test yourself against boxers of all skills levels. And the best is competing one-on-one at their fight nights in front of a crowd.

In all ways CMC makes you feel like you're training like a pro boxer.

Marcelo, Alberto, and Felix provide a high level training for all boxing enthusiasts, including beginners, intermediates, amateurs, and pros. This is real boxing. Not some group class where there is very little direction and instruction. I have been coming to Marcelo for a year now and I’ve gone from 0 knowledge to a much more conditioned and technical boxer. However, the learning process never ends, and Marcelo Will help support that maturation every step of the way. I would highly recommend coming in and trying out a session. I also noticed some whiney kid post about how he didn’t get his way in the reviews. No one likes boxing with people like that.
